Last Wednesday, Westley Smith whilst teaching the use of the elbow in the Beginner 1 class said the elbow is a short range weapon 'unless your name is Imran and you can move at the speed of light!'. The clip below shows Imran Khan demonstrate the long range elbow (around 2:25) - Sandy Holt commentating says he lands the stepping elbow from 6 feet away!
